Coaches and academy owners
Set up your academy
An academy holds your coaches, your learners and the classes they teach, all in one place.
Open Dashboard → Academy and give your academy a name.
Your own private classes stay private — an academy never sees them.
Invite your coaches from Academy → Coaches, by username or by email address.
A coach has to accept before they can teach for you. Somebody with no ChessBinder account gets an email invitation and joins the academy when they register.
Add your learners from Academy → Learners, or import a roster from a spreadsheet.
A learner you add is invited, not enrolled: they accept before they appear on your roster. That is deliberate — nobody is signed up to a business by somebody else.
Decide what your admins may do from Academy → Permissions.
An admin starts able to run classes. Reading every coach's reports, moderating comments and changing settings are each granted separately.
