Fees and payment reminders
Fees live on the class, and reminders go out when a payment date arrives.
Set the monthly fee on the class, on the class's own page.
The fee applies to every learner in the class, except anybody marked as taught without a fee.
Set Next fee due to the date the next payment is expected.
From Schedules, send the reminder when that date arrives.
Reminders skip learners who are fee exempt.
Decide what a missed class costs, under Missed Class Policy.
Either the monthly fee still applies, or the learner gets a makeup class and the billing date moves. You can set this per learner where somebody has a different arrangement.
