Change one class, or the whole series
Click the class in the grid, not the day. One is about a single date; the other is about the whole class.
In the calendar, click the class itself inside the day, not the empty part of the day.
Clicking the day offers to set up a new class. Clicking the class offers to change the one that already exists. This is the single thing people most often get wrong.
To move or cancel just that date, change the time or press Cancel Class in the panel that appears.
Everything else in the series stays exactly as it was.
To change the whole class, press Edit the whole class.
That opens the class on its own page, with its name, description, timing, fee, payment date and roster — everything you set when you created it.
To hand a class to a different coach, use the coach dropdown in the calendar panel.
You are asked whether the change is for that one date or for every date after it, because the two mean very different things to a coach's week.
